District Nurses

The District Nurses are employed by the Croydon CCG. Their duties include visiting patients at home when they are unable to come to the surgery.

Each patient’s needs are assessed and the care/treatment is planned accordingly. The community nurses provide a domiciliary phlebotomy service in appropriate instances.
