Disabled access is via the main entrance door to the right hand side of the surgery. Patient services will be offered at ground floor level. A disabled patients WC is located opposite the reception desk. Due to the difficulties in reversing on to the busy main road it has been decided not to offer disabled parking on the surgery forecourt. On street parking is available on South Norwood Hill and Woodvale Avenue.
